This project consisted of removing the existing sprinkler systems and replacing it with new ESFR systems This project consisted of removing the existing sprinkler systems and replacing it with new ESFR systems adding a 1250 gpm fire pump and rework to the existing offices for new Tenant layout. This was a Design Build retrofit totaling 157,664 square feet.
