Project Info: 440,000 SF warehouse/fulfillment center. Phase I of the project included 376,000 SF of 40’ clear warehouse space with an additional  50,000 SF of processing mezzanine plus a 16,000 SF office in a two-story appendage. The project includes an automated storage retrieval system, a remote welcome center and a secured truck yard. REI is registered with the certification goal of LEED Platinum from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
